Mrs. Lindita Buxheli, Member of Albanian Parliament, Sheikh Dr. Kasem Bader, Founder and Chairmen of Universal Peace Council (U.P.C) and Sheikh Ibrahim Lawson Fofanah, Founder and Chairmen of Global Lawson Foundation. The Peace Congress was held during the last days of January 2023 in Rome, Italy, where the representative delegations of the Diplomatic Mission for Peace and Prosperity (DMPP) participated with all the dignitaries, organized by the Universal Peace Council (U.P.C).
